Sarah Lovas, Agronomist/Precision Agronomist, GK Technologies, was named as the 2022 ND Certified Crop Adviser of the Year during the Advanced Crop Adviser Workshop, February 8, 2023  at the Holiday Inn, Fargo. Sarah, originally from the Hoople, ND area, graduated from NDSU with a bachelor of science degree in Ag Systems Management and a Masters in Soils Science. Sarah has 20 years of agronomy experience, starting with working on her family farm, sales agronomist for several local coops, field advisor for Monsanto, and most recently ran her own crop consulting business. Sarah has a son, Axel.

Sarah recently completed two terms on the ND Certified Crop Adviser Board serving as Chair of the Board. She is active on the ND State Board of Agriculture and Education and several other boards. Sarah was nominated for her outstanding customer service, mentoring, and her overall passion for agriculture.
